Planning, construction and fitting out of our new company premises

1997

Move to the new workshop at "Am Bruchweg 2" with floor area of 700m², division of the company to form Druschke Dichtungsfertigung (seal manufacture) and Druschke GmbH; many years' professional experience with our 10-strong service team.

2000

The first training of an industrial mechanic; establishing and developing the centre for seminars and customer training in vacuum technology

2001

Expansion of the company premises by 200 m².
Founding of the Service Schulungscenter Druschke GmbH (Service Training Centre)

2002

10 year anniversary of Druschke GmbH.

2003

Expansion of the workshop staff to 16 employees.
Planning and construction of an additional storey to add 80 m² to the company premises.
Construction of an electrical workshop, and facilities for vacuum valves, vacuum measuring equipment, leak detectors and components.
Authorised service agent for Leybold Optics, Applied Films and ALD

2004

Move to the electrical workshop and new social accommodation.
Expansion of the company premises by 100m² to accommodate increased dismantling and cleaning facilities.
Planning of an assembly shed and warehouse of approx. 1000m²

2005

The 1000th trainee is welcomed by SSD.
Expansion of the reconditioning plant and machinery: surface grinding machine, lathe, drills, blasting and cleaning plant.
Commencement of construction of the planned assembly shed and warehouse.
Planned expansion of the company premises by a further 150m² to extend the electrical workshop and relocation of the plant and machinery

2006

Move to the new assembly shed and warehouse.
Completion of the extension to the company premises.
Relocation of the electrical workshop and mechanical production.
Planned employment of further staff.
Expansion of seal manufacture

2007

Extension of our buying and sales department due to new staff.

2008

Extension of our shipping department and our storage due to new staff.

2009

Implementation of a new ERP System with new structured management processes.
Buying of new estates for outsourcing of our schooling and seminar facilities.

2010

Commencement of our new building with 300 square meters floor space.
Extension of our shipment department with additional 100m² floor space.
Extension of our sealing manufacture.
Extension of our warehouse capacity of 200m².
